Product Description

The UV flue gas continuous monitoring system (SCS-900UV/900NU) adopts a cold-dry complete extraction + water and dust removal pretreatment system, combined with a UV gas analyzer, to continuously measure the concentration of SO₂, NO, NO₂ and other pollutant gases in the flue gas online. By adding a non-dispersive infrared module, the concentration of greenhouse gases such as CO₂, CH₄, and N₂O in the flue gas can be continuously measured online. At the same time, the flue gas parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate or flow, humidity, oxygen content, etc.) can be monitored. Through the data The collection and transmission device uploads monitoring data to the environmental management department. The ultraviolet absorption method analyzes gaseous pollutants, avoiding the interference of water, dust and hydrocarbons on the analyzer.

Application Scope

It is suitable for collaborative monitoring of pollutant gases and greenhouse gases at ultra-low working conditions and with hydrocarbon interference, such as coking plants, biomass power plants, metallurgical plants and other emission outlets.
